Vote Anderson For House District 59 

When our founders began this great experiment, they put in place a Constitution which in this day and time is selectively followed. The 10^th Amendment states,“ The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

It is long overdue for our Beloved State of Montana to stand upon this fact and act accordingly. Ensuring that the Federal Government obeys and follows, the limitations as stated in the Constitution. This is part of the states’ duties for its citizens.

If Elected I will:

• Uphold my oath of office and protect our Constitutions

• Uphold The Constitution Party Platform

• Work as your public servant, listening to your concerns regardless of your political affiliation

• Ensure that our state does it’s duty and obeys it’s own laws.

• I will represent you, the people and not be an envoy for the Government.
